PELLETS developed series microcapsules for oral health.They arehard beads and can not be broken in the toothpaste manufacturingprocess. But they become soft after few hours in toothpaste andretain perfect spherical shape.They not only encapsulate the active ingredients to make them stable but also decorate the toothpaste. Once under the force of toothbrush, they are easily brokendown and release active ingredients to against inflammation,decayed tooth, gingivitis, bad odor etc.
Oral Care Microcapsules Series
1.Mentholets: encapsulated 30% pure menthol.They are used in toothpastes,shower gels, or chewing gum to give excellent fresh feeling. Menthol is knownas an easily sublime material with 42℃ melt point.But it is well encapsulatedin the mentholets which can keep perfect sphere form in water based formu-lation and easily be dispersed by gentle force.
2. Super Cool O: encapsulated 5% WS-3 and 5% L-menthol.
3. Super Cool S: encapsulated 5% WS-23 and 5% L-menthol.
4.Oralets: Colored beads encapsulated customer required active ingredients such as carbon, NaCl, herb extract, fragrance etc.
